Idle air control valve question Empty Idle air control valve question

ok i have a blacktop sr20det and its fluctuating in idle from about 400-800rpms and its running really rich while idleing and driving. The throttle seems to come in and out a lil as im driving and im losing power. Is all this caused by the IACV.

have you checked for boost leaks of any type? NSP is a great place to take the car if you need it fixed!
